Placing an order does not guarantee availability. In the event that a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a refund, a substitute, or a backorder option.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, duplicate orders, or pricing errors.

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier or third-party factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
